For us as a hotelier couple, the change to a purely vegetarian-vegan breakfast buffet was a logical step, as we ourselves have been living vegan for a long time. This makes us one of the first vegetarian-vegan hotels in the Allgäu.

Vegan-vegetarian breakfast buffet

On our breakfast buffet you will find a selection of high-quality vegan dishes, as well as exclusively regional and mostly organic products, which come from farmers and producers in the Allgäu. Some of the fruit, vegetables and herbs come from our own permaculture garden. From these we make our own vegan spreads, jams and chutneys.

We invite you to come alive, to feel how special this place above the lake is. And we bring all the delights of the Allgäu to your breakfast table.

Neuschwanstein Castle
