Mas Olivella

Founded in 2017 with the vision of building a community that lives directly from the land, Mas Olivella brings together hospitality, regenerative agriculture and community to provide rich experiences that connect guests and visitors to nature and healthy living gestures.

This 8-hectare private farmland produces almonds, olives, walnuts, hazelnuts, over 40 varieties of fruit trees and a large orchard according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture and permaculture.

Farm-house Hotel – off the grid

Completely off the grid, but easily accessible by train or 90 minutes drive from Barcelona, Más Olivella has:

Undiscovered Catalunya

Surrounded by the majestic Montsant mountains, the village of Siurana and the Penedés wine region, Mas Olivella is a really beautiful home from which to explore this undiscovered region of Catalunya. There are dozens of hiking, mountaineering and biking trails and lakes to explore.

Accommodation

All accommodation spaces have their own personality and characteristics; the nourishing breakfast with a view of the mountains is the one thing they all come with.

The accommodation spaces are:

• The Principal House (Masia) with a capacity to host 14 guests

In addition to the guest rooms there are social spaces which include a living room, a dining room for 12 people, an indoor conference/yoga room with bamboo parquet flooring and 3 large windows opening to the terrace, an outdoor yoga terrace and an outdoor terrace with chillout area.
There are two natural pools on the property where people can swim or refresh themselves.

• The Small House (Casita)

The casita is a new addition to Mas Olivella. This small house is located next to the main house and has a private balcony, small fireplace, sofa, sink and a double bed, ideal for couples or close friends. There is also a ladder to enjoy stargazing on the roof. There is currently no bathroom in the casita, so guests will have access to a private bathroom with shower in the main house.

• The Big Cabin

The wooden cottage is a jewel in Mas Olivella. After a year of construction, our newest self-sustainable house is ready for guests! It is a two minute walk from the main house among the olive trees. It has its own kitchen, private bathroom, living room and two bedrooms.
