At Albaspina, food is a celebration of the earth. Every dish is plant-based, made with our own biodynamic and organic produce, and served with intention.

Begin your day with Anna’s generous vegan breakfast—freshly baked breads and cakes, homemade jams, and seasonal ingredients from our garden. In the evening, enjoy our seasonal tasting menus, which include a variety of nourishing dishes: vegetable soups, handmade pastas, grains, legumes, seitan, and both cooked and raw vegetables. We happily provide raw food and celiac-friendly options upon request.

Wine lovers can explore a carefully selected list of organic and vegan wines, sourced from mindful producers who share our values.
