ALABIANCA - HOLISTIC B&B

In our small B&B ALABIANCA we try to cultivate an environment of personal care, nature and food, through the holistic practices that we offer – Yoga, Meditations, Aromatherapy, Natural Plant Cuisine.

THE LOCATION

We have two lovely, comfortable and bright bedrooms available, with a double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, spacious internal bathroom for exclusive use.
In common with the other room there is a small living room furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, kitchenette with burners, electric oven and refrigerator, where you can cook your meals independently.
Outside the rooms there is a large terrace where you can eat and relax, enjoying the sounds of nature and the carpet of stars during the night.
We love to recreate a healthy and relaxing environment for you and therefore we use pure cotton sheets and towels, in the bathroom you will find vegan shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, the rooms are cleaned with ecological products and scented with natural incense.
Inside the property you will find spots sheltered by the vegetation where you can meditate or do Yoga.

WHERE WE ARE

We are located just 9km from the city of NOTO, 450m above sea level, in a small village of easily accessible country houses, immersed in the silence of the typical Sicilian vegetation, among fruit trees and olive trees, the ringing of sheep bells in the distance at sunset and a lot of sky that opens up vastly in front of us from the terrace.
An ideal place for those who want a holiday away from the chaos of tourism, while still being able to move around and explore the beauties of the Val di Noto.
A few kilometers away are the ruins of Noto Antica where various hiking itineraries develop through the woods or descending into Cava Carosello with its wonderful lakes.
We are perfectly equidistant between the coast and the hinterland of this wonderful corner of Sicily. Between 20 and 30 minutes by car you will find the fishing village of Calabernardo and the golden beaches of the Vendicari Reserve, the superb Syracuse with its dazzling baroque.
But it is in the hinterland that you will find the surprise of a Sicily still tied to the values ​​of its territory, in the city of Palazzolo Acreide also in the circuit of the cities of Sicilian baroque and in the small villages of Buccheri and Buscemi, surrounded by woods and from whose heights the landscape opens majestically up to Etna.

HOLISTIC HOSPITALITY

I am Roberta, a traveler, with extensive experience in the world of tourism.
For years I have been involved in inner research, through Yoga, Meditation and Aromatherapy.
With the ALABIANCA project I intend to welcome my guests in a “pranic” way, taking care of the energy of this place, also and above all through the food that I offer you, the result of research on the territory and a passion for cooking as a moment of meditation and sharing.
In addition to breakfast, on some days of the week I will open our house, in a home restaurant formula, to taste together the products of this wonderful land in a vegetarian and vegan way.
A home cooking made with joy and creativity, which shuns the products of the food industry, to seek new tastes but above all true nourishment.
I am available to share Yoga lessons with my guests or to offer them an Aromatherapy Massage with natural essential oils, some of which are distilled by my partner from Sicilian flowers and plants, others bought directly in India where every year we go for long periods of meditation.
