Centraly located in the small town of Castro Verde, one of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserves of Portugal, the 4Bs is a Bed & Breakfast for birdwatchers, cyclists and hiking lovers.

Being in a less touristic region, here you can enjoy the rural mediterranean way of life and its friendly and welcoming people. The region is also known for the enormous variety of good quality wines.

Far away from the big cities and all the hustle and bustle, discover the rural surroundings on a cycling/hiking trip or a birding tour in the adjacent fields and Natural Parks. You can also go for a yoga session (twice a week) or a relaxing massage with our local masseur. In summer time, swimming in nearby river beaches (30 minutes away) or sea beaches (1 hour away) is also an option.

The Studio

We have a cosy 40m2 studio with a double bed (or three single beds), with a fully equiped kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, free wi-fi, tv and sound system.

Vegan-vegetarian food

Enjoy this familiar, cozy guesthouse with full varied vegetarian and vegan breakfast options. Our stays include four options of veggie breakfasts, three of them are vegan. Half board and full board vegetarian/vegan stays are also available, with home made portuguese inspired cuisine.
