Firstly I have to emphasise that this is not a commercial B&B or a hotel. It is a small house with a big heart. It is my home and I let out up to 2 double rooms in a single booking.

It may not have the facilities of a hotel but does provide a warm, peaceful, friendly ‘home from home’ alongside my genuine desire to improve things in response to your feedback.

The guest rooms

Your room is a few steps away from a bathroom and shower that is yours for the duration of your stay. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries, towels, adapter plug, eye mask, earplugs, umbrella, mini-fridge and a hair dryer in every room.

There’s no TV, however free and fast Wi-Fi, means you can use your device to watch programmes.

Vegan & Eco-friendly

It’s a vegan house and I make fresh, home-baked vegan pastries for your breakfast. This is an eco-home which prides itself on making house guests feel welcome and comfortable. Teas, coffee, cereal, plant milk of your choice, fruit and pastries are included in the price.

Ingredients are organic, locally produced and fairly-traded whenever possible. Other dietary requirements catered for on request.

Solar powered household and recycling, reusing and reducing at every opportunity.

Location

There’s information in every room about the marvels of Norwich and I’m always happy to advise on good restaurants, cafes, exhibitions etc. My home is warm, colourful, eco-friendly and full of books which you are welcome to browse during your stay.

Norwich Cathedral is 1.1 miles from Homestay Norwich. Norwich Airport is 3.3 miles, Norwich bus station is 1.1 miles and Norwich train station is 1.4 miles away.

Free parking permits are available and Type 2 EV charger available at small additional cost
