Come and experience rest, nature and recreation at the Eden Health Center in the warm and sunny plain of the Elbe River, just 50 kilometers away from Prague, in the midst of extensive forests and fields!

Our House

Our freshly renovated house is located on the border of a small village. Our guests not only appreciate the simple, yet tastefully equipped rooms, but first and foremost the personal, loving care, and the variety we offer: whether it be the infrared sauna, a cool refreshment in the pool, wellness and fitness, or just vegging out in our outdoor area–you can experience this and much more. Our staff, having a Christian background, will gladly take care of your well-being.

Our house offers drinking water straight from the tap. We provide free WiFi that we switch off during the night in order to protect our guests from unnecessary radiation. Every room is equipped with a bathroom, having a shower and toilet. Since we really value personal communication and interaction, our house has no TV or radio. It is deeply important for us as a health center to offer our guests an environment free of alcohol, caffeine and tobacco.

Based Whole Food

Our guests are pampered by a vegan, whole-food diet which includes ingredients coming largely from our own agriculture and our regional farmers. For breakfast we serve fruit, porridge and homemade bread with a sweet or savory spread. We also serve homemade waffles and other kinds of vegan bakery produce. For lunch we serve, in accordance with good Czech tradition, a soup. Additionally, you can look forward to a raw salad and many traditional dishes–from meals like vegan pizza, or those based on buckwheat, rice and potatoes, to typical Czech dumplings, Ukrainian „doves“ and the national Slovakian meal “Halušky”. In the evening we serve our guests a lovely, decorated plate of fruit.

Lifestyle Programs

Once a month we offer a “NEWSTART@ Lifestyle” program in which you can discover the eight essential factors of a healthy lifestyle: nutrition, exercise, water, sunshine, temperance, fresh air, rest and trust in God. In these ten days you will not only get acquainted with the variety of our kitchen, but you may also discover our surroundings through our guided walks, receive massages and Kneipp treatments. Workshops and cooking courses will inspire you to make lasting, life-changing decisions. If desired, we also offer individual pastoral care and Bible-based spiritual programs.

Evmin‘s Method

The Eden Health Center is specialized in Ukrainian’s pleasant and effective “Evmin’s Method”. This method helps to heal and repair the spine, and is being used more and more on an international level.

Surroundings

In the nearby surroundings of Eden Health Center you will find many hiking trails. In our woods and fields, offering interesting destinations, they are waiting to be discovered! For example, you may encounter a wildlife preserve of bisons and horses, in addition to outdoor, public swimming pools, as you explore the area by bike. Historical sites include the Smetana places in Benátky nad Jizerou and Jabkenice, and the Loučeň castle, with it‘s beautiful park and labyrinths. Mirakulum, an amusement park in Milovice, is an attraction for the whole family. Also, the Czech capital Prague, and the famous rocky nature parks “Český ráj” and “Kokořínsko” are within an hour drive from us.

Group Accommodation

Are you looking for vegan, whole-food accommodation for your group? You’ve found the right place! We are able to accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
