House Yoga Vidya is a yoga seminar house where spirituality according to Indian tradition is taught, lived and practiced.

An important aspect of yoga is the care and protection of the nature and all living beings. That is why our food is purely vegan. Our team will take good care of you.

Your stay

Independent guests are welcome. You can take part at the yoga programs and plan you day depending on your liking. All day long we offer you a wide, varied program, e.g. yoga, meditation, lectures and many other healthy and spiritual activities.

You will stay in cozy single, double or multiple bed rooms, in the sleeping hall or a tent. For children we have a whole floor in our seminar house Shanti. There is no daily room cleaning.

Vegan Food

The meals are served in the dining hall as a vegan buffet. There is also an eating area where you can eat in tranquility.

Two times a day we serve you an organic vegan buffet with delicious warm dishes, salads with various dressings, in the morning additionally fruits, muesli and bread. The whole day you can enjoy free teas in our tea oasis.

If you have never stayed at a house at Yoga Vidya, it is better to arrive on a Friday or Sunday, in order to get a systematic yoga introduction. We offer several courses (yoga, meditation, Ayurveda) for beginners or experts, and special yoga seminars for children. Families and children are welcome.
