Haus Yoga Vidya is situated in the tranquil Grenzbachtal Valley, in the natural paradise of Rhine Westerwald. It is surrounded by natural pine forests and sun-kissed meadows.

Our aim is to provide you with an ideal environment for gaining new insights, accessing your intuition, and rediscovering your inner JOY. The daily routine of yoga postures, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, chanting, meditation and vegetarian meals is designed to have an optimal effect on your body, mind and soul. In the rejuvenating quietude, close to Mother Nature, you can replenish your energy and truly relax.

In addition to the lectures and workshops, there are two meditation sessions and two yoga classes daily.

Haus Yoga Vidya offers many leisure options: hiking and cycling (bicycles are free) in the adjacent forests and valleys, swimming (summertime), and a nearby a sauna facility. Guests are welcome throughout the year. We invite you to come for an introductory seminar or a yoga vacation.
