The organic seminar house „freiraum“ lies in Bad Steben, in the natural park Frankenwald. The family-run and modern house is perfectly located in the spa gardens of Bad Steben. The thermal with saunas and therapy center is 200 meters away from our house. The spa town offers pure nature with hot springs and hiking trails. Bad Steben is the ideal spa town for your vacation.

„Freiraum“ holds bau-biologically renovated rooms decorated with organic solid wooden furniture. The natural beds allow you to sleep healthily and comfortably. All of the ingredients and drinks are 100% organic. The breakfast buffet is 100% vegetarian.

Activities

During your stay you can participate in lectures, hiking tours, cooking seminars and meditation. Furthermore, you have the possibility to do some therapeutic fasting which will balance your mind, body and soul in a natural way. Your body will get its vitamins and minerals through fresh squeezed juices, vegetable soups and a lot of mineral water and teas.
