The „essentis“ is beautifully situated directly on the river Spree, with its own boat dock and a large porch surrounded by linden trees.

The hotel is located in the greenest part of Berlin – in Koepenik. A 10 minute tram ride takes you to old town Koepenik.

The Wuhlheide, a large park, is five minutes walking distance away.

We lovingly prepare organic, vegetarian, partly vegan meals. Our breakfast buffet offers a large selection for an energetic start into the day.

The rooms are finished in light, sunny colors, with solid wood furniture, internet access, and a selection of books. Revitalized (Grander) water is available throughout the house.

Several conference rooms and 2 sunrooms with porch are available for seminars, lectures and events.

Every morning we practice Zen meditation, which may be followed by Yoga or a jog in the nearby park. In our lounge you can enjoy a selection of current books and CDs that nourish body and mind.
