BayTree House is a Victorian villa built circa 1880. We run our small family hotel as a vegan bed and breakfast, but we welcome anybody who is interested in staying with us and experiencing a taste of this lifestyle.
We offer high quality, clean and stylish accommodation and all our letting rooms have been renovated with relaxation and comfort in mind. An organic, continental style breakfast is included in the price and we can cater for more specialist vegetarian diets if necessary. We have a licenced bar and offer free Wi-Fi access.

We are pet friendly (by prior arrangement) and have 2 very happy dogs that will welcome your arrival with enthusiasm. Situated in a residential neighbourhood and overlooking Alexandra Park, BayTree House is within easy reach of St Helens Woods. A twenty minute walk will take you into Hastings town centre or to the seafront attractions.

BayTree House has off-street parking facilities and at the side of the hotel, there is a private stairway down to St Helens road, giving direct access into Alexandra Park. The “Cafe in The Park” caters well for vegans and vegetarians.

BayTree House hosts a variety of events, ranging from parties and meetings to regular yoga classes and workshops, including Belly dance, Reiki and Shiatsu. We can offer a dedicated space and can provide vegan/vegetarian food & drink by prior arrangement.
